Great staff! Maintenance guys are awesome. Lots of amenities and I HIGHLY recommend if youre in the market to lease a townhome!
I hate to leave a bad review for any type of service but enough is enough. Our AC was out for a month- heat out for a month and constant plumbing issues. Typically these are not a big deal, but management continuously ignores any requests for maintenance issues. They even went as far as to say I was exaggerating our issues. I have picture evidence of everything. The playground was taken down and never replaced and dog poop everywhere. My two daughters and I have lived here for almost two years now, and we absolutely LOVE it! Great floor plan, awesome neighbors, friendly office staff. Property manager, Courtney, has always been helpful and gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Any time I've come to her with an issue, she has taken care of it promptly. Love that we are walking distance to the elementary school and that my kids can safely go outside and have lots of other kids to play with. Me and my 4 year old have lived here for about a year 1/2 and we love it. We love our layout and have enjoyed decorating it together and planting our flowers on the patio. Maintenance happens to be right in front of us so we have gotten to know them pretty well, and are always taken care of. Also have recently been blessed with getting to know some of our neighbors which have become good friends of ours. I definitely feel 100% comfortable in this neighborhood being a single mother of a small child. #ILovePortRoyal

If I could choose a zero star option, I would pick that. It was great until Courtney Holman took over poor sweet Gina's job. There were no problems when she was around & always made sure her tenants were happy and taken care of. Courtney should take note, instead of wreak havoc on the whole community. She doesn't care about the tenants, AT ALL. That's been made VERY apparent and she lies quite a bit.
