Worst experience renting ever. When they say they are coming to replace air filters trust me there not. The one that we paid to replace was disgusting, and good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone when you need something. Most disorganized place I’ve ever seen. Trust me, spend a little more and go else where. Oh and after we moved out they had our mail and packages just sitting in there office and took multiple times to get in touch with them to get them back. Horrible place to call a home.
Look elsewhere! When I moved in three years ago, the place was great. But it has gone downhill. Property manager turns every problem back on resident - either resident caused it or did something else wrong. And she has attitude. Asked four times to have something fixed before it finally was. Several other things have gone unfixed because I got tired of asking. Maintenance is hit or miss. They can't keep maintenance guy. Poor Management! My air conditioning has been broken for over a month. It’s been 88+ degrees in my house at night while I am trying to go to sleep. Management doesn’t respond to half of my emails. I know of at like 7 of my neighbors that are going through the exact same thing. These people do not care about their residents! Do not live here.
I don’t live here and will never live here now. That manager has set an example that people seem to have deemed acceptable considering she still has a job. I will not recommend this place to anyone. #BLM
My wife and I have lived here for about a year and a half. we both enjoy this property very much. Friendly environment and perfect location. It is easy access to Franklin and right there in the heart of Spring Hill. very affordable and clean area.
Feels like home I’ve been a resident here for four years, and the staff and maintenance crew have always taking such good care of me. It is a safe neighborhood with very little activity at night, and with the way the townhomes are built, I don’t hear neighbor noise. And I love the saltwater pool! It’s been a very good home for us.
Maintenance Crew - Stacy is awesome!! We love him!! Our first interaction was with him on a weekend because our washing machine was leaking. He was at our place in less than 15 minutes and figured out the issue quickly and fixed it. We were able to continue to get ready for our week with only a minor delay. Stacy is knowledgeable and polite!! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!
RecommendedLove our townhome and love the community! The new maintenance guys seem to really be working hard to fix things that the previous guys left for them to fix, and personally for us they have been very patient and friendly! Have nothing but nice things to say about everyone we’ve interacted with so far, as they’ve all been kind and helpful when we’ve had questions or needed anything.
My wife and I have called Port Royal home for more than 2 years and have experienced the ups and downs that come with living in any community, or owning a home. We have always been taken care of and treated with such amazing respect. All of the current staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The maintenance man is an absolute professional and the office staff steps up to ensure the community is one that is warm and welcoming.
