This place is so nicely run!! I mean every time I look something is being painted or washed. Plus we have all types of events and social gatherings it’s literally paradise. Shoutout to the manager OLGA she makes this place gooooooooo!!!!!
Lived here for years, started great but has been a continual decline. They rely on the location for their market pricing, not necessarily the amenities or units, although they are unit dependent. Pros: Great location, proximity to intercoastal. Maintenance is friendly and attentive, gym is small but has everything needed for a solid workout. I have lived here since 2013. I obviously love the property.. However, the staff that they have recently is the best of ever seen.
HONEST REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS LIVED HERE SINCE 2020 My husband and I have lived at Port Royale for the past 6 years so we have seen a lot of pros and cons of living here. First off, the tenant experience is VERY unit dependent. We lived in a 1/1 our first two years then transitioned to a 2/2 for the recent 4 years. Thankfully, we were in renovated units for both, and our 2/2 unit has an incredible view of the intercoastal. That is one of the big reasons we stayed for so long- you can’t beat the view.
