I love this location and management company. Mature trees, spacious parents on the water and they are always doing projects to improve the community.
I would leave ZERO stars if I could. These apartments advertise themselves as “luxury” — lol. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this place. It’s gross, cheap, and unsafe. During my time here, I witnessed drug deals next door, there was a shooting in the building next to mine, the exterior lights were rarely on, and a dead rat sat outside my porch for a week before anyone bothered to remove it. The management team helped us get the microwave replaced even though we asked for a repair. They’re responsive, regardless of a delay or with good news.
I just moved into 10X Port Royale and couldn’t be happier! My leasing agent, Valerie, was amazing throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer my questions. She made everything so smooth and stress-free, from the initial tour to move-in day. Highly recommend working with her if you’re considering moving here!

We’re really grateful to the office for the coordination, the cleaning team for prepping the space, and the maintenance team for locking up afterward.
