Very Happy I Moved Here! From the beginning, the move in process was simple and the team was great on communication and time. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. For months I’ve been dealing with raw sewage backing up through my bathtub and toilet, flooding my bathroom and creating an unsafe, unsanitary environment. This happens repeatedly, forcing me to constantly throw away contaminated items and clean sewage from my home. The issue has been ongoing since October with no real solution. Do not move here It’s 3/10
I think this place is only here to take your application fees. I make over 5 times more than they require in residual income and im retired and they said I didnt show enough deposits to make the minimum. Lol and asked where does all the other deposits in my checking account come from. I own over 30 rental properties in Tennessee and collect cash and checks and they said that it was not official enough. MY LAST REVIEW FROM 2 WEEKS AGO WAS REPORTED AND DELETED FOR SPEAKING THE TRUTH! BEWARE STAY AWAY UNLESS YOURE DESPERATE OR DONT HAVE ANY MEANS TO GET SOMETHING OUT OF THE PRICE POINT THEY OFFER.
