Gorgeous community! Office staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful. Just took the water taxi from the marina for the first time to Shooters and I'm obsessed. LOVE where I live! Highly recommend!!!

Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews. Leasing agents ask new residents to leave reviews right around the time they get their keys, long before they’ve had the chance to experience the real Port Royale experience. Of course everything looks amazing when you first move in. The amenities, the property, the location… it honestly feels like a dream place.
