I've lived at 10X for about two months now, and I wanted to leave an honest review. I think a lot of the negative reviews depend on whether you're in one of the older apartment homes. I currently live in an older unit, and honestly, I really enjoy living here. The office team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. While searching for an apartment, this was our top contender for a long time. Melissa was super communicative and helpful and took her time to show my boyfriend and I every apartment layout. She would contact us to tell us about new apartments in our budget during our time frame as well. The property is so beautiful, and to live on the intracoastal would be a dream.
