The new owners do not seem to p care about long term renters, they are all about low income renters now and have turned this once nice place into a ghetto, nothing gets fixed u less you threaten a law suit or move out...very disappointed
Victoria Vicari helped us with a maintenance/electrical issue by facilitating the installation of a new light fixture in our kitchen after many attempts and false starts. It's wonderful that she jumped in to assist us. Thank you!
Valerie and the rest of the front office is amazing and always so helpful when I call. The property is beautiful and very well kept. Definitely recommend living here at 10x Fort Lauderdale!
