I highly recommend seeing Dr Emil, I’ve seen many dentist who do not show any empathy and compassion. Dr Emil, has been very patient and understanding, as I am nervous patient. His team have gone above and beyond for me and I thank you for your lovely service.
I came in as a new patient so I could get the hygienist clean as I had enflamed bleeding gums. She spent 3 mins cleaning my teeth and told me I needed to go get a deep clean. That’s why I was there, at the dentist for a clean. Even though I had expressed my concerns about my infected gums, I wasn’t offered numbing jell, so that was traumatic. I get a clean 1-2 times a year too, so i know the norm and I feel like I got a painful, subpar clean.
