I came in as a new patient so I could get the hygienist clean as I had enflamed bleeding gums. She spent 3 mins cleaning my teeth and told me I needed to go get a deep clean. That’s why I was there, at the dentist for a clean. Even though I had expressed my concerns about my infected gums, I wasn’t offered numbing jell, so that was traumatic. I get a clean 1-2 times a year too, so i know the norm and I feel like I got a painful, subpar clean.
I’ve seen many dentists over the years, but Dr Emil has by far been the best. He is kind, gentle, and is an expert in what he does. He explains everything he is doing beforehand which I really appreciate. I’ve also had absolutely no pain or sensitivity after the fillings and crowns he completed, which hasn't been my experience with dental work in the past.
