We found Port Pacific Dental to be ABSOLUTELY amazing today! Warm friendly staff, with lovely vibes and extremely approachable and easy going. Staff were gentle with my daughter and clearly communicated everything they were doing and/or going to do. My daughter was at ease the whole time. Thank you everyone we dealt with today, we are truly grateful for your gentleness and professionalism
I highly recommend seeing Dr Emil, I’ve seen many dentist who do not show any empathy and compassion. Dr Emil, has been very patient and understanding, as I am nervous patient. His team have gone above and beyond for me and I thank you for your lovely service.
I came in as a new patient so I could get the hygienist clean as I had enflamed bleeding gums. She spent 3 mins cleaning my teeth and told me I needed to go get a deep clean. That’s why I was there, at the dentist for a clean. Even though I had expressed my concerns about my infected gums, I wasn’t offered numbing jell, so that was traumatic. I get a clean 1-2 times a year too, so i know the norm and I feel like I got a painful, subpar clean.
