This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. Had my vehicle a whole month with no calls from them what so ever. When I would call they would take my message down but never called me back. When I did get my car back had to take it back to them because they didn't reinstall everything correctly. When it came to the rent a car service they were gonna pay for, they didn't ever tell us what they were gonna cover or not so we still had to pay over $600.
