This place is twisted becarful if you don't accept the deal. I left with two flate tires. Haven't signed any papers yet already had my tags off and all my stuff unloaded. When it fell through simply told me trucks in back there's your stuff bye.
Amazing strait forward sales team. Never in my life have I had a dealership that was more fair on not only the purchase vehicle but the trade in value as well. Tucker was our sales person. He was very educated on all the different specs between the different models we looked at. We will definately be back to purchase a f350 in a few months from Tucker.

I have been having to fight with ford from day one trying to get many items fixed under my bumper to bumper warranty. Port Lavaca ford will claim everything is normal wear and tear and that Ford motor Co. Has policies and procedures on what they consider normal wear and tear and within ford specifications. My suggestion is don't buy a ford unless you look it completely over with a fine tooth comb.
If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend Port Lavaca Ford. I have never had such a pleasurable car buying experience. Ask for Jeremy he was wonderful, he has gone over and above for us!!! Fantastic car salesman best in class!!!!
Has to be the worst dealership out of the 3. They tried to short me thousands on my trade in and lie about it. Not very professional when I've spent over $150K with this auto group. Will go to Victoria if I want a Ford.
