My Wife and I went to in to trade in her car. After we found her a vehicle we started the negotiations process about payments etc. Very long story short, I had enough of there game, bullshit and lies. Told them we’d think about what they had offered us. They called and even text us saying if we’d buy the vehicle for a certain amount would we do it. So we drove back to do the deal and they upped the amount. Needless to say won’t be doing any business there ever. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
My husband and I had a great experience buying from Port Lavaca Dodge. They did not have the color truck I wanted on the lot, they got one from another state for us and put us in a truck nicer than what we ordered until we got ours in the next week. Roland and allen were wonderful to work with. He made me a believer that not all salesmen lie if you just give him time he will work out a deal and find you a way to get what you want and drive away in.
I left last night with out a truck. I made the trip in from Corpus Christi. Got a deal done I was about to go in side last night and finish the paper work. I was putting in my stuff from my old truck in to the new truck. I had put my 2year old son in the backseat of the new truck. So I could put his car seat in. I closed the door to go around to the other side and someone from inside the store keyed locked the truck with my son in it. I had to run in side and try asking for the keys. Went to trade my husbands truck in and found one on line looked at price and thought it was very reasonable. Once I got into dealership they quoted truck $10000 higher than priced online. And when I asked and questions I was just told it was Texas law.. finally came to a price agreement ( even tho it was higher than I wanted) and was told to call my bank and we could get it started. Get my bank on phone with paperwork going and the salesman say " we just can't do that deal " .....

Have to say I've had the best experience in a lifetime shopping for a new vehicle here,so many awesome vehicles to choose from,last but not least customer service was best part ! Justin Garcia made us feel right at home,great customer skills!! Just wanted to say thanks for getting us in our new Dodge Charger!!
