Sorry this post comes about 2 months after my husband bought 2020 dodge truck from Port Lavaca Dodge. We had an amazing experience. Didnt feel rushed or pressured to make a decision either way. Nick Davila was our salesman and was wonderful. We will be back!!!
just this morning I had a saleman who was helping me curuse all through our conversation over the phone, then spoke to his manager and he said that our phone call was recorded (didn't have any idea that I was being recorded, didn't give permission) . well I told the manager to listen to the recording, and he would hear the conversation, I told him after he listened to it that I expect an appoligy... still no apology, nothing, the employees behavior is a true reflection of his supervisor/manager...
Saw the advertisements for a new vehicle during this COVID 19 called the dealership went in right away just to get the run around from the sales man wrong pricing on the Vehicles in the lot stayed there from 5 pm til 10 pm pretty much a big waste of time!
The service department has been accommodating to my truck maintenances. There service customer service employees treat me like their own. They fully go and beyond to resolve any maintenance issues. That I have always enjoyed. Thank you service department esp the rep- Larry. Thank you esp in this time of virus crisis.
