I've purchased 4 vehicles here 2006 charger rt,2010 ford Mustang gt ,2012 dodge Durango ,2015 dodge ram 1500.For most part all were pleasant purchases.Came in this weekend January 28 th to get another Dodge charger as that was my favorite vehicle...Being a mostly loyal customer I found that experience to by far be my worst thus the 4 stars as I had 4 good and 1 really bad .Needless to say I'm charger less as we could not come to terms ,I will try another closer dealer this weekend n see what they can do......................... read more

Take your money somewhere else. My 2014 Ram truck threw a rod and these guys are looking for every excuse not to honor the lifetime warranty. I sat on the side of the road for 5 hrs waiting on roadside assistance and I didn't think it could get any worse until I got to the dealership.

Stopped in here on my way to my visit my grandparents cause my check engine light came on. :-( Everyone here was so kind and understanding as I was freaking out. They went out of their way to get my alternator so I was able to get back on the road within a couple of hours. I can't thank Port Lavaca Dodge enough.
