We love living in this community. We have lived here for over 10 years. The management and maintenance staff is amazing. They are always so helpful and professional. All of the residents seem to take really good care of the common areas. It’s a great place to live especially if you have kiddos.
It has been a wonderful two years here so far! Barbara made everything easy and accommodating for us! Maintenance is very responsive and does a wonderful job which is a major plus. It’s easy to communicate with the staff to take care of our needs. Take it from someone who has lived in multiple places- this has been the best experience with a complex.
This has been quite frankly the best apartment that I have stayed in, I have lived here for 4 years and the only reason why I'm leaving is my job transferred me to our North Seattle location. My fiancé joined me here a few years ago and we both can't say enough nice things about Svetlana and Barbara they both are so nice and communicative and anytime I had an issue it was resolved so quickly. My wife and I loved living at Port Landing enough to come back and do it again: we had a deluxe one-bed/bath and an economy two-bed/bath, both great. If we hadn't bought a house, we'd probably still be there. Svetlana and the team are pleasant, helpful people; the amenities are great; and we loved being near a few parks.
