Got a feeling I'm gonna like it here. Svetlana and Anastasiia were an absolute treat to work with throughout the move in process. The community itself is beautiful, incredibly peaceful and well maintained. My unit was in virtually immaculate condition upon move in and as a former Californian the rent is oh so nice, especially for being nestled into such a pretty lil corner of Fife! I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and major roads. Overall, it feels safe and comfortable here, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. Onsite management team is very great. Svetlana, Anastasia and Darrell are very professional and awesome humans.
Kudos to Svetlana and Anastasiia! They have been incredibly professional and supportive—despite our tight timeline, they helped us complete the entire application process smoothly. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Now in my first month of living here, I’m equally impressed with the maintenance team, who respond quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great experience so far — it truly feels like home.
This apartment is clean and safe, but the reason I recommend it more is the kindness of the staff working in the office. They gave immediate help for my needs.
I lived at Port Landing in Fife for about a year and a half, and overall I would not recommend living here without knowing what you’re getting into. First, be aware that if there are any issues with your application, they may charge additional fees to resubmit a new one. We also put down double the deposit and still had almost half of it taken at move-out for things like “cleaning fees,” “complete carpet replacement,” and other questionable charges.
