The level of incompetence from a company whose entire business is supposed to be property management is honestly mind-blowing. Communication is terrible, concerns are poorly handled, and basic common sense seems to be missing when dealing with situations that should be straightforward. Extremely disappointing experience with this management company. Whenever I have reached out with legitimate concerns as a tenant, my messages have either been ignored or met with a generic one-sentence response that does nothing to address the actual issue. There is very little communication, follow-up, or effort to resolve concerns.
