The woman who left a voicemail on Friday at 3:45pm was completely rude and condescending. She lacked any empathy or emotion in her message. I’m glad Port City Family Medicine will not accept me as a new patient (even though I had previously been a patient). I was able to get into a new doctor’s office with a staff that is very warm, friendly and inviting.
I used to see Dr Matt he was awesome he had to go away for 1year with the military and the Drs covering for him suck wind. I've had 3 different dates for my next appointment because they keep rescheduling me. The last time they didn't even call to let me know just sent a letter. I guess poor care is better than no care RIGHT?
Dr. Matt is awesome! He listens to me and my concerns and is always willing to go one step further. For example, after over a year of breathing tests, different inhalers, nasal sprays, and numerous pills, my asthma still wasn't budging. Some doctors would shrug their shoulders or say that it's something that I'd just have to deal with, but Matt kept trying. The Doctors here always have me and my boy taken care of quickly and with sincere concern! And have saved our lives at least twice.
