We were there for a wedding party and all I can say is wow. They all are so easy to talk to they made you feel so welcomed. Always making sure you loved what they were doing. It was the most incredible experience I’ve ever experienced in a salon. Thank you guys so much! 10/10

Carrie is great! She always seems to know exactly what we need when we go in! She is amazing with my 9 yo son and has a fantastic way of making sure that he gets what he wants in a haircut but that his cut still meets moms standards! All without letting on that shes checking with me for final approval!
Port City Day Spa did the hair and make-up for my wedding party and did a wonderful job. The hair and makeup artists were all extremely professional and pleasant as well! They came to our getting ready space in Syracuse and arrived early, so we ended up finishing ahead of schedule (one less stress that afternoon!). And despite the early start, I don't think my hair budged an inch the entire afternoon, evening, and night!
