The service here was great. They offered us a warranty for 90s day. We declined so we understand it is on us if something happens as it is a used car. The price of the warranty was very reasonable. The costumer service was excellent they went above and beyond for us. To include finding me a charger that would work in the car I bought as my phone was dead. Serve was quick and friendly. We appreciate not having to wait for hours. Thank you again for your service.
If youre looking for an honest dealer with great vehicles & great prices go see Steve at port city! I searched for a good month and ran into quite a few sketchy dealers that sugar coated things & pressured me- I didnt get that here. You can tell this place cares about their vehicles and customers! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I bought a ford edge from Port City Cars back at the end of January of this year (2025). Within a week of having the car, the transmission went bad and had to get that replaced. I was going to leave a review but decided not to. A month after, the AC went out and has yet to be fixed. Now we are having issues with the starter in June. Haven’t even had the car for 6 months. Sooo frustrating.
