Unqualified mechanics. No basic knowledge to remove bolts by hand. I got the car for transmission fluid change and the mechanics broke a bolt on the trans pan and quit working on the car, blaming rust. The bolts are dry from the salt and age like any other car. All is needed is apply penetrating oil in the back of the bolts and remove the small bolts by hand not the impact wrench.
