I bought a used car here , the sales department did a great job. A few days after having the car there was a vibration which they told me was normal i took it back anyway and come to find out it had a cracked motor mount as well as another issue that took several weeks for them to fix. Purchased my Porsche from Jackie Cooper and had a great experience with the sales side of the process. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been extremely frustrating. I requested cancellation of two Veritas protection products on June 8. Since then, I’ve had to repeatedly follow up to move the process forward myself. Mushtaq was fantastic when he sold us my Porsche Macan. They are so hospitable at this location and just absolutely blow you away with the service. We were in and out in a couple hours. They’ve answered every question I’ve had for them since as well. 10/10 service!
