I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Porsche South Orlando Service Center. Yesterday, I received multiple calls from them asking me to bring my 911 in for a recall. They scheduled an appointment for today but then canceled and rescheduled several times. Eventually, someone called me again, stating that the recall was actually for my Cayenne, not the 911, and scheduled another appointment.
