Was working with Matt Pinto who was very nice. Had a deal pretty much worked out on a car. Pre owned manager was to call me back to solidify everything. He never called. Matt called me back later that day and said, “hi my pre owned manager has not called you back because someone is looking at the car now”. I told him that was very poor service since we basically had a deal worked out. Car still for sale days later and they never even called me back. Very poor service for sure!!!

RecommendedGreat team of service people! Took my Macan S in for 2 recalls and expected 2-3 hours, but got done in half the time! Also, the merchandise staff is very nice. Got some Porsche goodies for extra discount too. :)
