The finance team was also very transparent and efficient on the back end - Overall, I had a very good shopping and buying experience at Porsche Plano and would recommend Mark if you are going in to shop.

Had new Macan in for first service. On the positive side, dealership was sanitized and ready for customers. Loved that first service was free. Just too bad that after driving over an hour to get there and an hour back that the oil light came on and said I was down a quart of oil! Seems like shouldn't be too hard to put in the right amount and then check it before delivering the car. Rather than have them drive an hour to put in a quart of oil, I went to the store and put it in myself.
