My cousin drove all the way from WV to FL to get a car that they said they'd hold for him only to be told when he got there that they sold it earlier in the day. That's pretty dirty of them if you ask me! :(
Worst service ever! Rather go all the way to Bert Smith, Sarasota or Ft Myers. Porsche of Orlando makes sure you feel like you own a ford and not a Porsche.
