Service advisers are great. Overall service is amazing.
There is not one time that I have taken any of my 3 Porsches here for service that it doesn't came back with some kind of issue. It's amazing that such a great brand have such low service standards. E mailed the general manager and service manager but useless. Sad! Love my cars but this takes the fun away.
They did not take me serious and were trying to justify why they couldn't over an insurance claim until I asked them to let me talk to a manager. I also told them to fill my fluids and they looked at me in the eyes and said yes is filled and when I went home I had to do it myself. Maybe they have a better management but if you are a Porsche owner take your time and go to the one in Jacksonville or the other one in Orlando. I would not recommend this at all.
I been dealing with Chad for over a year now, and i have to honestly say, he is the most courteous and knowledgable representative i have had the pleasure to know. Keep up the great work, and give him a raise, he earns it every day he shows up to work Thank you :)
Great team to work with. Teddy in sales is awesome so is Jaime and the service team as a whole. Management is great and accommodating. Glad I made the switch to Porsche of Orlando.
