This review is about their service department and utter lack of professionalism. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but 2 says of non-contact warranted a scathing review. I called 2 days ago about a simple service: replace my tires (20 inch N-Spec) and give me a quote to replace the spark plugs. At the time they needed to talk to their parts department about both but would contact me shortly. 6 hours go by and no call.
