I want to thank salesman Carlos Raez and finance manager Shelly Fisher III for a great experience picking up my new Taycan GTS. Carlos was highly professional and patient with me. I had not anticipated stepping up from my Taycan 4S this soon as I was expecting to trade up 2-3 years from now, but with looming tariffs there was a reasonable probability that the Taycan GTS would be out of my price range by then. Angel Moreno at Porsche Ontario exceeded expectations. Navigating the world of Porsche dealerships and transparent financing options can be nerve wracking, however Angel was truly a customer advocate. Both with a relationship orientation to the sale, but also with being extremely fair and straightforward. I look forward to seeing him for many more Porsches to come. I love my Taycan GTS!
I called first and spoke to Primo Garcia who was able to give us information on the new Macan Electric. We did come in and test drive one and will be ready to order one in 2 months. Thank you again Primo for the great service.
