I had a wonderful time during my test drive with Shelly Fisher. He was an outstanding brand ambassador: enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely passionate about the cars he represents. Had a seamless experience working with Primo Garcia. Straightforward offer and great price. Of note, I live relatively far from Porsche Ontario and Primo was able to sort the paperwork with me electronically and deliver the car to me - making the purchase very convenient. Would recommend Primo and Porsche Ontario.
EDIT: I'm getting help & communication that justifies going from 2 stars to 4. ORIGINAL: 2 star - The dealership looks great. Sales team that I've come across, quite professional, courteous, and in no way pushy. A+ with them. However... the (repeated) service experiences I've had are where things fall short and leave a lot to be desired.
