fraudulent auto body shop My wife got hit in the side of her car. The other party ran the stop sign. It struct the car on the passenger side fender panel and damage went all the way to the rear quarter panel. When the accident first happened the insurance adjuster told us to download the app and make a claim. Claim ended up being $8,837.77 in damages. The body shop estimate was given based on the visual inspection of the vehicle and we did not charge the customer because the insurance company determined the vehicle was a total loss. Thank you

Took my car to Flow Body shop on Peter's Creek on 6/3 after a minor accident that cracked my bumper. They took pics, said they sent to my insurance and would let me know when parts came in. Brittany called 7/2 and asked us to drop it off 7/5, parts were in. My estimate showed 3 days for repairs. I borrowed a vehicle to commute to work while my car was in the shop. My primary issue is with the value/quality of service received in relation to the amount that I paid for the service. I dropped my VW Passat for an "engine light" issue with the Winston-Salem VW service department on May 12, 2022. On May 13, I was notified that it would cost $1859 to cover the costs of the replacement parts and labor and it would take care of the issue. I authorized the repairs. They charge me close to $850.00 to put a starter on my 2013 GMC Yukon Denali, then had the nerve to tell me I was the only one to ever complaint. Over charged and poor customer services. Im never going back there again.

Do not recommend at all! They told us they wanted to buy our vehicle (2017 Honda Accord) for $23,000. Not one employee but two different employees from flow Honda blowed my phone up to make sure we were coming in a certain day so they could buy it. When I arrive on that certain day I speak with someone and tell them I have an appointment to sale my car for $23,000. He looks at the vehicle and drives it and tells me he will give $19,000. My father and I went to flow Honda to purchase a car for my son I had found on line and spoke with someone evening before and the morning before we left about the specific car we wanted to see , it was around a hour and a half for us to get there and I was told both times car would be ready at lunch for us to see and test drive, we arrived and they brought a totally different car around and I pointed it out and then was told it would be ready in a hour or two and then told to come back four hours later at 4 , we just waited ... read more

I had my 2015 chevy Suburban go to Flow auto services center at 1400 S Stratford rd, Winston Salem, NC 27103 for oil chance only. No check engine light was on when I drop vehicle off and no other problems. So I waited about one hour for the chance.They said your vehicle is really ******. Our Service Advisor explained to the customer that an oil change is not related to a catalytic converter failure nor an issue with a remote starter. We scanned code P0420 to determine the catalytic converter failure, which affects the vehicle's exhaust system. We cleared the code and it came back on. Repair at Flow Honda in Burlington. I had my son's 2007 Honda Accord towed in because of a "Immobilizer, No Start Condition". Terrible Experience! Took 2+ weeks just for the service department to figure out why the key symbol on the dashboard was on. Only thing it could be is the ECU (computer) or Immobilizer Receiver Unit. They tried to chase wiring and have me believe it was something else when automobile was in excellent mechanical condition, all original with absolutely no other issues. Tragically poor experience. Took my vehicle in for warranty work as well as a TSB that affected my vehicle, and was told over the phone that the repairs would be covered. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told that they would no longer be covered. Subsequent visits have been more of the same: lost paperwork and maintenance records, mistruths, several days of radio silence and no updates from the dealership while being forced to rent a vehicle out of pocket due to poor communication, etc. Now this vehicle that I purchase... read more
