I am a new- old Honda owner. could not have been happier with my last visits to Germain -my first two were a little rocky with two men who seemed to think that women and cars shouldnt mix. but that is all in the past, I have been treated with courtesy and the help has been immediate, clearly explained and actually one service was free and the other under budget. I look forward to the same warm relationship I had for years with the VW side of Germain
