I love my new Accord! It glides through traffic and the display of current gas mileage as I m driving makes me smile because it s so much better than my last car. It s also beautiful and comfortable.

It was a great experience with all the people we have met. We love our car. The play area for our kids was a plus so was the tablet PC to play games while we were signing the paperwork. The wait area could have some fruits. Cleanliness of the place was perfect. It is great that you have free WiFi so I could quickly finish my insurance quote and get the insurance card on site.
Evan was patient and helped us a lot for this purchase. The price is fair.
Germain and their internet sales team did a great job for me. Their price was very fair, and their description of the vehicle was accurate and thorough. I came in from out of state, and the team was able to prepare most of the paperwork in advance to get me in and out quickly. Highly recommend.

The day we were supposed to pick up the car, we arrived 40 minutes after the dealership was supposed to close. I got a good deal , but I am not at all satisfied with customer service experience. I spend 7 hours in two different days to bought my car. I rate 6 out of 10 for your dealer ship. you got good guys @ your dealership , they can do better job .
As usual, Don Durham treated me like a family member. He couldn t have been more helpful. He ordered the part I needed and set up an appointment that was convenient. My wait was about what Don suggested it would be. The price was even under what he quoted. I always come to Germain Honda for maintenance and repairs. An extremely satisfied customer
The oil change was quick with a few other things taken care of. I appreciate the convenient waiting area for adults and kids, and how I can trust the service people to be honest about what needs work and what doesn t.
