Very helpful and courteous. Grace was an amazing person to deal with. She answered all our questions and made everything easy for us despite having system breakdowns at that time.
I did receive a call. Very prompt and supportive. Ended up working with a different dealer. Although I choose a different dealer, they did provide good follow up service, excellent information provided about available vehicles. Much appreciated.

Commuted from Ann Arbor to check out a BMW that was on their lot. Scott was very helpful answered every question. I drove the car to familiarize myself. Two days later I returned with my wife so that she could also familiarize herself and drive the vehicle. We consummated the sale over the phone yesterday and this evening the vehicle is in my driveway. Thanks to the welcoming staff supporting Scott & Mike
