This dealership is a rip off. I bought a new 2015 Macan Turbo with a reimbursable 5 year tire and wheel package. Sold the car after 2 years. I never got a penny back of the reimbursement even after contacting them 4 times. Also terrible service. I had to get Porsche USA involved to get service issues resolved. BUYER BEWARE.

Dropped off my 2006 Cayman on Thursday. James and crew had the problem diagnosed and fixed by Friday afternoon. Picked her up today and was greeted by Matt and a pleasant young lady who delivered my fixed car. It was like driving a new car. Sounds healthy and was fun to drive home. Thanks Guys!!

I bought my 2014 diesel Volkswagen Passat on September 7, 2015 from Porsche of Jackson in Mississippi. The car had high mileage but being a diesel I was ok with it. The first week I had it. My heater coil I discovered was clogged and the heater would not work. Porsche of Jackson which bought the car from only agreed to pay half of the repair.
