Spent about 8 hours on site there for service. Wanted my newly purchased used car checked out for any issues and two known faults. Service rep was courteous and prompt. After 8 hrs. I knew the depth of my tire treads, the levels of washer fluid and oil. I knew approximately how much it would cost me to run further diagnostics (some thousands of dollars) and the two known faults were no closer to getting repaired. Jerry, my service manager was very responsive in terms of getting my service schedule quickly and also arranging my loaner car so that I have a car to drive while my car is in the shop.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sean Labonte from start to finish. Walked me through every step of the way and made the experience totally hassle free and my Taycan 4S is more than I imagined. Even after the purchase Sean was on hand at any hour of the day to answer any questions and help out wherever he could. What a legend!

Superb service all around! The team in including Jerry (Service Manager) went above and beyond. I was given a very accurate and reasonable quote to do the work on my car, and they honored the quote to the cent. They also arranged rides to and from my work for drop off and pick up. Overall superb service and a pleasure to take my beloved Porsche to this service center. We’ll done to Jerry and his team at Fresno Porsche!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Porsche of Fresno. I dealt with Chris Williams. Chris is very knowledgeable and professional. He did not charge me over msrp like other dealerships I contacted. He closed the deal on my new 911 in a timely manner and the car was delivered to my house the next day. I highly recommend Porsche of Fresno.
