Great service. I execute a remote transaction that also involved a 3rd party inspection of a used vehicle. My sales rep shuttled the vehicle over the other location and he handled all the paperwork efficiently. He even arranged for vehicle transport. During the sales process my representative even send video messages to address questions that I had.

Our initial transaction with the salesperson was a complete failure. Despite our request for information and communication, there was a lack of responsiveness. We never received a contract or breakdown of the sales.
