Great experience so far, they have been very responsive and we are very close to a deal with. Very happy so far with process and interaction with this dealership
Professional and prompt responses to my requests - allowed me to make a quick decision. The sales staff went the extra mile to provide specific photos and video. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future should the specific car I'm looking for show up.
Excellent response. Very helpful in trying make the deal work. Unfortunately, too far of a distance to see the car during this difficult times but highly recommend the dealership.
Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Dealership contacted me very quickly with information related to vehicle of interest.
After my initial contact, I got an email to expect details, which never came. I was very interested in the car, so I pursued, but then seemed to be getting a run around. It turned out that the car I was interested in was apparently sold, but they didn't tell me that for several days. They could have been more responsive and forthcoming.
Business response:
We want to apologize for any miscommunication and lack of responsiveness to your inquiry. We try to do our best with each and every potential client. We've addressed this with the staff and while we cannot go back and alter our interaction with you, we will use your review to adjust our follow up to better serve inquiries like yours.
Quick to reply and easy to talk to.
Outstanding! Miles was and is a joy to deal with. Extremely attentive and communicative. My wife and I are flying down to Chandler to purchase the vehicle and drive back to Boise. I would recommend this dealership.
Very friendly and responsive. Car ended up selling, because it was a really good deal.
