Sales people were courteous but sometimes the response was slow to come
Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The dealer did call me to arrange a virtual call meeting with one of their sales folks to look at the vehicle. Salesman then called, had trouble creating a Teams video call, hung up, and never called again. I created a Teams meeting link, sent it to the salesman's phone, IM'd the salesman, and never heard back. Very poor first experience with this dealership. Shame, too, because looks like they had a very good rating on cargurus.com
I purchased a beautiful AMG Mercedes from them.
Great experience so far, they have been very responsive and we are very close to a deal with. Very happy so far with process and interaction with this dealership
