Didn't answer my simple question on whether the Lexus ES had a Mark Levinson stereo, or not. Just replied with a generic response as if they didn't read my inquiry.

Reached out to inquire about the car and ask for a test drive. Informed test drives weren't available, which is ok but they stopped responding to me at that point. The Internet manager confused me for another customer. I reached out pointing out the confusion given that both of our emails were on the same email...still no response. For some reason they didn't take me seriously. Frustrating experience
Very friendly staff and quick responses too. Didn't go any further than first contact.
