RecommendedMy experience in the entire ordering and delivery process was as perfect as one could ask. When I could not get anyone at the local Porsche dealership to callback or even get the slightest bit helpful I called Porsche of Buffalo. From the first call to following up with me on the build process made the 12 weeks go by quick. I absolutely enjoy my new 2020 Cayenne and again thank Brian and Russ for all they did. It’s not always that I take the time to write a review but today I felt compelled to write about Andy at the service department at Northtown Porsche. He is by far the best person I have had to deal with in all the years being owner of several cars. He is highly professional, honest, and represents extremely well on behalf of your company. He deserves the employee of the month award for sure.

My brother in law is the proud new owner of a Porsche and my wife referred him to a sales consultant there whom she had known. She was promised a referral for sending him in and never received it. She was promised for weeks after numerous times contacting the consultant. He placed the blame on management and the accounting office and nothing was done to reward my wife for the referral. Honestly just bad business and shame on the whole store for not only not getting back to my brother In law but my wife.
Took my new to me 2007 Porsche Boxster in for service today and was helped by Andy. What a nice guy! The experience was very welcoming and his enthusiasm for the vehicles that come in sets you at ease knowing it’s being left in good hands. Without any pressure we went over the cars maintenance needs and with his help I decided to do some early preventative maintenance.
