Dealing with Porsche of Birmingham was a pleasant experience. Frankie Vance in the parts and service department was over the top helpful and he made what could have been a stressful time go smoothly. This is the only place i will ever let touch my Porsche. Thank you Frankie and all of the tech and service team.
Frankie is always taking care of duties he does. Excellent and respectful. And same with many an Employeer works there . I am appreciated as always. But unfortunately Some of another especially the leaders not show that care abt clients . They looked at you like a stranger and hard for Greating when they go pass . What is ashamed.
