I had an expensive repair on a 2020 MacanS covered by a purchased Porsche Warranty. My Service Rep Sarah did an *outstanding job arranging the details required for warranty coverage. Thank you Sarah. Also I was provided a loaner SUV for the week needed to complete the work on my SUV This is my 2nd encounter with Porsche BHM. I am extremely pleased and indeed impressed with this dealership. Five Star!!!

On my 2nd visit for my scheduled oil change an issue was found. Frankie was extremely helpful in submitting the claim to my extended warranty company and getting it partially covered. Very appreciative of his efforts and have been very satisfied taking my car in for maintenance here.
