Felt more like a lecture than a sales pitch. Their used car prices are high compared with the NE however they claim they're #1 with every car they sell; probably if your filter is 'audi dealers within 20 miles of Rochester'. Found a vehicle that was about $5k less than they'd sell it in Chicago, well worth the drive.
Absolutely terrible. The night before I was supposed to pick up my car, they sold it to someone else... I will never do business with them again.
