I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the quality of healthcare services provided by Porshas Heart to Heart Home Service. Unfortunately, the care delivered fell significantly below acceptable professional and ethical standards.
This is the most unprofessional company. The owner is extremely incompetent and so is the staff she hires.This company falsely advertises services that they cannot provide. They will blatantly lie in order to get your business. Yet they fall short every time. The inability to properly care for the elderly is daunting and dangerous.
