The plumbing company did a good job with the work, but the pricing and transparency overall was very much lacking. We had an issue where the plumber had to come out, and we were quoted around 3-400 for the service. I totally understand that these are just estimates for services, but then we were charged almost 3X that amount. Quick response to my call to replace leaking hot water heater. Upgraded from electric water heater to gas. Dan and John were there the next day to install. Kept me informed when they were delayed. Explained how everything works. Price was reasonable.
When I called, one of the sons called me back the same day. Due to my schedule it was pushed out a day. Mr Poremski came, showed me everything that was going on, how he was going to fix it, and why I had an issue. I would highly recommend this family/team.
Very professional service. Left a voicemail last night, received a callback today, service completed same day. They were knowledgeable, quick and cleaned up after themselves, not to mention friendly and understanding. Highly recommend and will use them again should the need arise.
