Marc Mayo at PorchLight is absolutely amazing. We randomly called looking for a realtor and got Marc as our agent. Honestly, if it wasn't for Marc we probably wouldn't have gotten the house we fell in love with. He knows so many people! The house was already under contract, but Marc talked to the agent right away and suggested a back up offer since the first offer wasn't very strong. Lidia Suarez is the best realtor EVER! She worked constantly for us to help us find exactly what we wanted (even when we didn’t quite know what we wanted). We have worked with Mary Gerwin for five transactions now. When we first used her, she was not with PorchLight. For the last 3 she has been. We were once again very pleased with working with Mary.
