My wife and I worked with Glenn Janda, of PorchLight Real Estate Group. We had a laundry list of "need-to-haves' and 'want-to-haves'. He listened to both of us, and after many house viewings over a few months, we found our diamond in the rough. He was able to write an offer, organize and manage everything, get the inspected items we wanted to be corrected and he needed to stay on top of the many moving parts. We would never look for a new realtor after working with Glenn.

We are from Rapid City, SD and recently moved my older sister into a retirement living facility and needed to sell her condo in Denver. My sister's place suffered from a lot of neglect.
