John Schwencke did an outstanding job inspecting our prospective home. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every finding in person. His report was detailed and easy to understand, and he answered all of our follow-up questions patiently. Highly recommend!

Do not use this company. My experience was extremely poor, and I believe several serious issues were missed during the inspection that should have been clearly identified. When qualified professionals later came out to assess the problems, more than one asked, “Did you have an inspection?” That reaction was telling. I ultimately spent nearly 20K addressing more than one issue that I believe should have been caught. We could not have been more pleased with the work of John and his colleague, James. They were punctual, courteous, painstakingly thorough, and pleasant. They were also helpful in suggesting remediation referrals. We used their services for both a preinspection at our current home and for the inspection of our prospective home. They were so good, we'll use them for maintenance in our new home.
