John did a fantastic job with my new home inspection. He was incredibly detailed, highly communicative, and included helpful pictures in the report that made referencing specific points very easy. My only critique is regarding the company's billing policy; I believe the business should cover credit card processing fees rather than passing that expense onto the customer. Overall, John's service was excellent.

Jared was very nice and professional. He was able to come out and do the inspection quickly, took the time to go over his findings and answered any questions we had. We received the final report with hours.
