Lengua could have been cooked better. It was over cooked. Atmosphere was good despite the 40 Min wait. Prices decent. And the workers were excellent.

Never disappoints, neither in service or quality of food. Never. Even. Once. I lived in the SE for 5 years, frequenting the ¿Por Qué No? on Hawthorne at LEAST twice a month, so that's around 120 great experiences. That's ridiculous and wonderful (Awk! I just mathed! the amount of time/money I've spent there. I'm a junkie with no regrets). I relocated to Olympia a few years ago but every time I'm in town I get my fix.
