Horrible customer service from the owner and damaged dress. I dropped a new bridesmaid dress (in a dress bag) off for alterations on April 1st at Poquoson Cleaners and paid the entire cost the same day ($80) for hemming the bottom and taking it in at the waist to be ready on April 24th. On April 9th the owner CJ called me and said she was charging my card an additional $40 because the dress had an additional layer and I was misquoted. I’ve had several alterations done here and Alexis is fantastic! Great attention to detail, reasonably priced and she is delightful.
Workers very nice, reasonable prices and done on time. Would definitely go again.
Finished right on time. Great prices. Removed a massive coffee stain from a thick dress shirt!
