they have no problem charging top rate & doing ghetto work.....they have made illegal coupling installations in my brake lines that have failed twice....if I had known about the kitchen sink couplings they used not caring if I survived I would never have gone back for more repairs....the brakes went out 100% again just after I exited the interstate, I used my 4WD & parking brake to make it home....a different shop did the repair this time & informed me of the illegal repairs.....do not let the big smiles ($$$) fool you too..... read more

Love 'em. I've tried another repair shop (Champs Repair, in Poquoson) who have repeatedly done poor work and once charged me $300 for a repair I told them specifically not to do. This is probably something I could take legal action on but it's not worth it. Anyway.. I've always had an awesome experience with Poquoson Auto Repair, Paul the manager has been great and all work that's done is done well, and they are not pushy on bogus repairs and tuneups like other places typically are. Honest, reliable auto service at a good price. What more could you ask for in auto service? These guys set the standard I wish the rest would follow.
Great place, love it. I've had bad experiences with other places so this place stands out. They are professional and it seems they really care about fixing your vehicle and not making as much as they can off of you with unnecessary jobs. That will keep me coming back for all future repairs.
The employees are very helpful i had a guy named Jason stop what he was doing to come and take a ride in my truck with me And he seemed happy to try and help figure out the noise I was hearing These guys are a great bunch I highly recommend them to anyone in the area Thanks again Jason I appreciate your kindness and helpfulness
Every repair done on my vehicle was reasonably priced. Not once was I asked if I wanted anything else to my vehicle except what I had asked for.
