Receptionists are warm and friendly! They knew most of the patients by their names. Interactions with incoming patients was pleasant to see because it was such a friendly environment, and all the staff, including the pharmacist, work well together as a team. I have been there about three times as a walk-in patient and it’s always been positive. Wait time was fair and the doctors have always been very attentive to my needs. Highly recommended!
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctor Singha Wolgelernter attitude and communication were unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I had difficulty understanding some of the medical terms, and instead of explaining in a simple way, the doctor told me to come back next week with someone who understands English because he didn’t have time. I would say above average because the wait time is less then others. The staffs were quite polite complained to other places. 8/10 sitting area. The check the blood pressure & weight on the waiting room infront of everyone. Moderately clean. Went for Dr. SINGHA. He's really good doctor, listened to me, explained the who procedure.
