This food was worth the 2 hour drive. I will be doing it again. The food was fresh and "dry" in the best possible way, let me explain. The coleslaw was not sitting in a shallow pool of water. The ribs fell off the bone and brisket nearly shreaded itself when I touched it with a fork. Sauce on the side as it should be, let the meat stand on its own. That being said, sauces were CLEAN.
