Terrible customer service and lack of accountability, I would not recommend buying your wedding dress from poppy’s. I ordered my dress in jan, told it would be there by June. It had arrived 2.5 weeks prior to my wedding. They ordered wrong dress… argued with my mother and sister about it being the right dress. I had a terrible experience with this store when purchasing my gown. The wrong size dress was ordered and they stated they could fix it. However after taking it to 3 other seamstresses they advised it was too small and couldn’t be fixed without completely altering the dress. When I collected my dress, it was stuffed inside a plastic bag with no paperwork. I had to ask numerous amount of times for my receipt as I paid via bank transfer and only received it months after recieving my dress and the wrong size was written on it. ... read more

A big thank you to Jen & Cheryl for making my beautiful wedding dress. With only 3 months notice they were able to make a dress that was beyond my expectations. I loved every minute wearing the dress & I’m still receiving lovely comments three weeks after the wedding. Nothing was to much trouble for Jen & Cheryl. Thanks so much, I highly recommend Poppy’s.
