Everything is amazing but the landscaping team purposely neglects our courtyard. Despite frequent communication via emails and false promises, our courtyard still looks bad, filled with trash, fallen over trees and dead plants. Fred, Arturo, and Gary always went above and beyond but the landscaping team is just a big disappointment. I've talked to a lot of people in our community, they're also having the same problem. Until something is being done... I stand by my review and have photos of our sad looking yard, if needed.
From the moment you begin the tour of the home you know you're in for a sweet time. The sales staff is and has always been wonderful, the homes just make sense, are great craftsmanship, and are fitted with tons of neat things that just work. I loved our home's layout. We're now well into enjoying it here and love the detailed care and services they've provided! Edit. 6 months in and immediately after move in all that support sropped off. Yes theres an HOA but they don't do anything. Yes they have a support team but it takes ... read more
