My sister lives out of town and sent flowers to me for my birthday this year. The bouquet I received was a surprise and it was lovely, but it died three days after receiving it I reached out to the wonderful l customer service and they asked me to send pictures of the flowers that were dead so they could send me replacements. Amazing experience! I called in from Vancouver to have it delivered to an address in Victoria & the team was absolutely wonderful! I want to especially highlight Kristina. She made it so easy for me, asked the right questions to ensure the arrangement was how I wanted it & was especially kind.
