I ordered online early in the morning from out of province (Ontario) and called the store to confirm a few additional details. The customer service was absolutely amazing so kind, helpful, and professional! They created a true masterpiece, and it was delivered the very same day. Amazing experience! I called in from Vancouver to have it delivered to an address in Victoria & the team was absolutely wonderful! I want to especially highlight Kristina. She made it so easy for me, asked the right questions to ensure the arrangement was how I wanted it & was especially kind. My son and family gifted me a Christmas flower arrangement this year. Unfortunately the roses in the arrangement were in poor shape. I contacted the shop with photos by email to be told the flowers were good. If I was unhappy I could bring the arrangement into the store and they would replace what they thought needed replacing. I live out of town so not easy. After day two I composed the roses. Not happy
