I chose Poppies because of previous positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The arrangement was beautiful, as depicted online , and delivery was prompt. They even called me to assure delivery when they couldn't reach the recipient. Some places would have just left them at the door. I was very happy.

I asked Harmony to make me a custom bouquet. It needed to have a special and difficult colour scheme and it had to reflect the spirit of the occasion. Harmony spent about 15 minutes with me, going through the shop looking at flowers and talking about my vision. She was so enthusiastic about the challenge and she really seems to understand the importance to me. When I came by a few days later to pick up the bouquet, I was completely blown away. This is the best flower studio in Victoria. They always use fresh, long lasting blooms and the arrangements are gorgeous. Excellent customer service too. Kristina worked with me to get the colours right for a sympathy bouquet and was willing to fix a card despite my providing the wrong spelling of a name. They will work within your budget and tastes. I highly recommend Poppies!
