My son and family gifted me a Christmas flower arrangement this year. Unfortunately the roses in the arrangement were in poor shape. I contacted the shop with photos by email to be told the flowers were good. If I was unhappy I could bring the arrangement into the store and they would replace what they thought needed replacing. I live out of town so not easy. After day two I composed the roses. Not happy

I’ve received beautiful bouquets from Poppies so I ordered a bouquet for a friend for a special event. I ordered the “florists choice” and thought it would be extra special potentially using in season flowers (note: this was in the spring). Instead the bouquet was just filler flowers and greenery (specifically something that looked like alstroemeria and some green leaves). Kristina at Poppies Floral Art was so accommodating and helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect flower arrangement for my daughter in law, Heidi to celebrate the occasion of her first day at her new business. Kristina was also kind enough to send a photo of the flowers as I live in The Interior and the order was done over the phone. I highly recommend Poppies Floral Art to anyone that wants a flower arrangement that is above expectations.
