RecommendedI have lived here for over 6 yrs.most every one looks out for each other taking food to anyone sick or Dr appt. Cheri our manager is really people oriented and cares about her residents I would recommend these.apt.the new refurbished one's are really nice

Very difficult to get maintenance concerns taken care of
Noisy neighbors, trash constantly on the parking areas and in the hedges. Shortage of maintenance people to fix problems
Sherry is amazing! She was very helpful when we visited! Very hospitable and covered everything we needed and even got back to my email in three minutes! For that, I’m rating 5 stars!
The manager was horrible when i lived out there, not very professional. The outside was never clean. They hardly ever answer the phone, and would close the office early without notice. Maintenance was apoor choice too. Living in poplar square would not have been so bad if it was under different management!
I've emailed, called and left messages and came to the site and I still haven't talked to anyone. I'm trying to move ASAP and I was trying to get more info but you guys aren't returning any of my call or replying to my emails or even being on the site when people come.
