Poplar Place Properties is in the perfect location if you are a student at MSU! I was able to walk to class everyday. Also, the apartments are new and beautiful! The best part about the Poplar Place was the convenience of a hands on landlord. When necessary, I had assistance within a couple hours.
I have rented from many landlords, and Andy has been the best! Very nice, helpful, and a good person to rent from. The apartment was in the perfect location, an easy walk to campus. Overall, had a great renting experience with Poplar Place Properties!
The apartments are all very new and spacious. Comes with everything you need, and the landlord is very helpful. Was very happy live there during my time in Murray!
